Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before shopping in our webshop. By using the webshop and placing orders you agree to our General Terms and Conditions.

The Outdoor collective reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and the responsibility to keep up to date if any changes occur to you as a customer. An order is usually accepted if the goods are in stock and when your payment method is approved for transaction. If you pay by credit card, it is automatically charged when you place your order. If for any reason we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund the full amount. The purchase contract between Outdoor collective and the customer becomes binding when we have sent a receipt to you together with the goods. You own the goods when they have been delivered to your specified address and when the payment has been fully processed. Until then, the goods are considered the property of Outdoor collectives. We accept your order when we send the invoice together with your goods. We try to ensure that images, illustrations, texts and prices of the goods on our website are accurate. But sometimes errors occur. The Outdoor collective reserves the right to cancel an order before it is sent if there is any error in pricing. In such cases, we will notify you via email. We cannot be held liable for damages arising from the cancellation, unless the damages are the result of gross negligence or willful neglect. We only accept orders placed through our webshop. Orders by email, phone, letter or fax will not be processed.

Without limiting your rights as a consumer under laws applicable in your country, all conditions as well as claims, complaints and disputes linked to the use of our website or order management shall prevail under Swedish law. Any contradictions, disputes or claims arising from these terms, or a violation thereof, shall be determined by the Swedish court.
